INTRODUCTION: Anna joined SISSA in 2017, where she obtained her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience in 2022. Currently, she works as a post-doctoral research fellow in Domenica Bueti's Time Perception Lab.
Valeria joined SISSA in 2019 as a Ph.D. fellow in Domenica Bueti's Time Perception Lab. She completed her Ph.D. in 2024 and currently works as a post-doctoral research fellow.
Hi there! I'm Giulio and I joined SISSA in 2024 as a post doc in prof. Davide Crepaldi's lab. I am generally interested in understanding how people learn and perceive language, and what the underlying cognitive mechanisms are.
In SISSA, I have worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow (2017-2021) and a Visiting Scientist (2021 – now) in the lab of Prof. Davide Crepaldi. We ran experiments with adults, children, and non-human animals (rattus norvegicus) to determine which aspects of reading can be attributed to generic properties of the visual system.
I joined SISSA in 2023 as RTD-A in the Neuroscience & Society Laboratory (iNSuLa). My research interests focuses on the neural correlates of various aspects of emotions, including emotion regulation, emotional intelligence, the interaction with cognitive processes, as well as their expression in complex social contexts and in psychopathological patients.
Elisabetta joined SISSA in 2019 and completed her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience in 2023. Currently, she works as a postdoctoral research fellow in Raffaella Rumiati's Neuroscience and Society Lab (iNSuLa).
